How does the RV rental process work at Not on Duty Adventures?

(NODA) we strive to make renting RV's and outdoor equipment simple and painless. That's fine to hear but how do we make that happen? Glad you asked. Here is a quick breakdown of the process.
Once you have selected your dates and confirmed that the unit you wish to rent is available, add it, and any add-on's that you would like, to the "cart" on the website. The check out process will require some details for your trip such as Campsite or location and weather or not you wish to tow the unit yourself or have it delivered. Currently the online payment method is not available so NODA will reach out via email with payment methods. (you will receive an email allowing payment online). We only require a 50% deposit to hold the reservation. You can cancel any time until 15 days from the reservation, it then becomes non-refundable.
About 5 days from your reservation someone from NODA will reach out by phone to make final arrangements. Either to confirm pick up times or delivery instructions. Once the details are finalized the fun begins.
If you are having the unit delivered this is designed to be a concierge service. NODA will deliver, set up and prepare your unit for you. Once you arrive we will give you a thorough walk through demonstrating the campers features and operating systems. After all your adventures NODA will pick up the unit and handle all the check out process.
